A leading consultancy is seeking a strategic property consultant to work in their London office.
The role will interpret client requirements, developing feasibility studies and associated option appraisals, preparing briefs for accommodation change, appointing professional teams, managing the design development process and managing on site works and interfacing with client occupational needs.
The role will require the candidate to demonstrate their ability to operate in a mixed consultancy environment delivering client focused results against a background of a good technical skill base.
The ideal candidate will be RICS qualified with at least 2 years PQE and experience of project management*leadership*co-ordination of refurbishment as well as first hand knowledge of budget development, standard forms of contract, project definition, European procurement procedures, advisory report writing, construction & development procedures and project management processes.
